    That wonderful Jordan has been my friend for almost twenty years. I remember when he was a student at MBI. Great man, great musician, great servant, and a shining example of JESUS…

    I think a lot of this depends on your context and whether your primary purpose is ministering to your people or attracting new people. A 30 minute service would not meet the needs of our congregation in this pandemic time. We keep it under an hour, but 1.5 songs and a devotional would not keep our momentum going.

    We’re doing a kids’ segment and a grace story (testimony), too. We’ve innovated and it’s been well-received. All pre-recorded and released Sunday AM,

    And we are having new people tune in and stay in. Glad it’s working for you guys. Just might want to contextualize.
